What a record can connect.

A seedling’s source, variety, nursery batch and allocation to a destination farm can form the beginning of a documented provenance record.

Kinondo supplies the seedlings. Herishamba assists with capturing farm activities and evidence. HeritageIQ supports the review and publication of provenance records.

A production passport requires supplied records, appropriate review and an approved published snapshot. The sample does not connect to live stock or a production HeritageIQ service.
